Differences with wife on issues related to in-laws (California)

I would just hire a lawyer and let the lawyer deal with her. You file for separation first. Or divorce.

Yes she's free to come and go from the home when she wants. I mean she can ask you to pay rent if she moves out, you don't have to. If she files legal separation, I would suggest getting a lawyer if she does file anything.

    Knowing where children are staying

Unless it's in the divorce decree covering visitation that states the noncustodial parent has to give an address where the kids will be, no. What she does and where she goes on her parenting time is not up to you. Do you give her all your locations the 5 days you have the kids?

    Court Shopping

Well they'll get back to you on a weekday...so I thought you were the plaintiff in the original DVPO? I'm confused now reading through more comments. Also you being LE doesn't mean it's unlikely that you'd violate. You should know there are plenty of abusive cops out there. Not saying you...

    Court Shopping

You need to show up to the court date listed on the documentation you got served for the other county. From what I can see on this website: How to Get a Protection Order | North Carolina Judicial Branch. It seems ex parte is temporary until the court hearing to determine if it should be final...

Shoplifting, Larceny, Robbery, Theft Ex husband charged me with petit theft…

Go to the court date and find out. If you don't go, that's going to make things worse.

accused of threats/intimidation because of a social media post

Well you should have just immediately blocked her and not even entertained her posts - and reported the posts to Twitter before you blocked her. And have others report them. Her making an accusation or filing a report doesn't mean you'll get arrested. It doesn't even mean they'll take it...

    Grandparent joint custody of child

If he left her a trust in a will, he would have to make someone who will manage the trust and that doesn't have to be a guardian of the child. The mother still retains her parental rights and it sounds like all she would have to do is complete the order by the court and she could file for custody.

    Grandparent joint custody of child

Did she have her parental rights relinquished or her custody relinquished? They're different. Your son cannot "will" his child to you. The child isn't property. If your son dies, and the mother retains parental rights, she still has the ability to get custody OR anyone in her family can file...

Weapons, Guns, Firearms Arrested for disorderly and reckless conduct.

If you can't afford an attorney, you can request a public defender. No one "has" to hire an attorney and you can also represent yourself, yes. If you did hire a laywer, 2K is probably the retainer alone...it would probably cost more than that when it's all done. Depending on who you use. I...

Specifying the Division of Military Retirement Annuity in Divorce

Defense Finance and Accounting Service > Garnishment > usfspa > faqs Are former spouses of military retirees automatically entitled to a portion of the retirees' retired pay? No, there is no Federal law that automatically entitles a former spouse to a portion of a member’s military retired...

Do I have legal decision making rights?

Do you have joint custody as in there's a court order giving you both joint custody? Joint physical, legal or both? If you have been granted joint custody by a court order, and the other parent is violating that court order, then yes she would be in contempt. If you don't have a court order...

    Falsifying a drug test

This isn't a serious question...is it? Did you use your real name as your user name? How old are you that you are asking this question?

Yes Alabama Department of Human Resources handles working with Indian Child Welfare policies/procedures. https://dhr.alabama.gov/wp-content/uploads/2021/05/Indian-Child-Welfare-Policy-and-Procedures.pdf And the US government has for decades stolen Native American children from their families...
