If the store finds evidence of theft they have until statute of liitations expires to file criminal complaint

If the theft is discovered they may file a criminal complaint and give Police your info. Then Police will have until statute of limitations runs out to arrest you.

It can't hurt to bring those issues up. However "you" should not be saying anything your Lawyer should. Is this your first court date? If so plead not guilty or enter no plea at all and request Public defender. I cannot say if there will be drug testing or not probably not. However if your not a...
