How can we stop a mother from witholding a child by manipulating the system

I want to know how to stop my grancholds mother from using false police reports and constant continuances of hearings to continue to deny my son access to his child. She has manipulated the system by introducing police reports of abuse but has yet to provide a single picture of any injury taken by herself, the police or any hospital visits. There is a verbal agreement on place after a year of this which she now refuses to honor and sign and has asked for three continuances in one month to delay my sons access. Two attorneys and 10,000 dollars later and we still do not have simple visitations orders and not once has she provided proof of any cause to deny my son other than if he won't go back to her, he will not be allowed to see his son. My son pays 597 in child support and still she plays games and we keep paying attorneys to let her. What can we do to stop this and get on with our lives with access to my sons child?
 
Not really sure what sort of responses you're seeking or expecting. All your son can do is follow the rules and document everything that happens.
 
If your son is an adult, then this is his legal problem, not yours. Does he know that you are posting his personal legal business all over the interwebs?

Why are you in your son's business? Legally you have nothing to do with this and no say in it. If he has lawyer(s) and he isn't satisfied with the lawyer(s) he can find new one(s).


Verbal agreements don't mean anything. She doesn't have to sign anything she doesn't want to sign.

Just because she doesn't have photos of injuries or hasn't gone to the police doesn't mean it didn't happen. Legally that does her no good but I was abused by my ex husband. I had pictures of the bruises the first time and it turned into a he said/she said case. The second time I didn't say a word to anyone and the third time he strangled me. That time I wised up and called the cops immediately.

It's pretty odd that with two lawyers he can't get a visitation order.

OH and child support and visitation are two different things. He isn't paying child support to see his kid. He's paying to help support the kid.
