My grandparents owned a home, grandmother had a will, grandfather did not. Grandmother willed house to me, heir ship filed for grandfather's half. I have 75% ownership, my aunt has 25%. I have lived in the home for 8 years, completely renovated the home from top to bottom, I have solely paid taxes, insurance and all renovation costs. For some reason my uncle (aunt's husband) thought they were going to get half when we sold the house. My fear is that he might talk her into not signing off to sell the house. Given the circumstances, how do I force a sale on this house?
